Hi there! Thanks for stopping by! I’m Katy and I’m a twenty-three year old foodie who loves cooking with wholesome ingredients for friends and family. There’s nothing I love more than hitting up the farmer’s market, loading up on fresh produce, and creating a meal. I love looking down at my plate and seeing each item in it’s original form; the way it looks straight from the ground. I add color to my plate whenever possible in the form of beets, squash, carrots, or any other vegetable I can get my hands on! I graduated this past June from a university in Northern California with a degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology. I’m currently attending graduate school for a Masters of Science in Nutritional Sciences, so that I can one day share my passion for nutrition with others!
