Don’t carry the weight on your shoulders

When I was home for a very rainy and dreary winter break I was lucky enough to discover a small yoga studio near my house.  I absolutely loved the instructors and the hot herbal tea that awaited me as I headed over in the pouring rain for a sweaty Vinyasa flow class.  I miss it  for it’s emotional as well as physical benefits.
