Banana Chocolate Chip Brownies
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup organic sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1.5 cups almond milk
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees and then combine both flours, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt in a large mixing bowl.
In a second bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork and then add the almond milk and vanilla.
Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients…
Once all of the dry ingredients are incorporated, fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Grease a muffin tin and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Wait 10 minutes and allow brownies to cool.
