If I had extra time lying around I would have made whole wheat pizza dough from scratch and the whole house would have smelled like a bakery. But who am I kidding? I barely have time to shower sometimes…. uhh nevermind. So if you’re short on time, like many of us seem to be, save yourself some of that time and head over to Trader Joe’s or New Leaf and pick up some whole wheat or garlic and herb pizza dough. For 1.99 you can have yourself a pretty fantastic pizza crust.

As far as toppings go, anything goes. In this case, it was kept pretty simple with shrimp, asiago and provolone cheese, pesto sauce, and broccoli. I had to throw at least one vegetable on it!
