No-Bake Rocky Road Bars
4 cups crunched up graham crackers
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
1 12-oz bag chocolate chips
3/4 cup evaporated milk
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, pecans and powdered sugar in a large bowl.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Add the evaporated milk to the chocolate and stir until smooth. Pour melted chocolate over graham cracker marshmallow mixture and stir until well combined.
Press mixture into a well-greased nine inch pan and pat down. Leave in the fridge for about an hour to set until firm. Dust with powdered sugar and slice into squares.
